Note from Ted Ryczko:  My Course director in Centralia COS was F/L Pete Philps, who showed us these films to motivate us. Course 6603 was a 100% pilot course, and Pete, being a Nav, wanted us to become respectful of the other two officer aircrew trades, and I recall him emphasizing the teamwork aspect of crew flying, especially in Maritime Air Command where he came from. It was a real pleasure for me to be the screen Captain for Pete's course when he came through 449 for a second tour in about 1973. I got a chuckle out of him when I stressed crew teamwork in one of the briefings.
